1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Team Building Toronto ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Team Building Toronto provides corporate team building events, activities, and related services in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include but are not limited to city hunts, indoor challenges, outdoor activities, facilitated workshops, and custom corporate events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By booking an event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event requirements
• Pay any required deposits within the specified timeframe
• Settle the remaining balance according to the agreed payment schedule
• Notify us of any changes to participant numbers at least 48 hours before the event

Payment methods, deposit requirements, and specific terms will be outlined in your event quote and confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 6 weeks before event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• 4 weeks before event: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• Less than 4 weeks before event: No refund; full payment is required
• Weather-related cancellations: We will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Participant Requirements and Conduct

All participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have appropriate supervision
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our facilitators
• Treat all participants, facilitators, and venue staff with respect
• Refrain from any behavior that could endanger themselves or others
• Comply with all applicable laws and venue rules

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Participation in team building activities involves inherent risks. By booking and participating in our events, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Team Building Toronto, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, loss of property, or damages arising from participation in our events, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in our events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, games, activities, and intellectual property used in our events remain the exclusive property of Team Building Toronto and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.

8. Photography and Media

We may photograph or record events for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating in our events, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials. If you or any participant does not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the event begins.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Building Toronto, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
