We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events. For larger groups (100+) or peak seasons (September-November, January-March), we suggest 4-6 weeks notice. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests - just reach out and we'll do our best.

What happens if there is bad weather on our event day?

All our outdoor activities have indoor backup options. For city hunts, we move to covered areas like PATH or shopping districts. For other activities, we can transition to our indoor venues. We monitor weather closely and communicate any changes 24-48 hours before your event.
